Piece Pickup & Continuation Policy

Thank you for creating with us! Once your session is complete, your piece will be ready for pickup within 7–10 days. We will contact you when it's ready.

To ensure all pieces are properly cared for and our studio space is managed fairly for everyone, please review our policy below.

We hold all pieces — whether finished or awaiting additional sessions — for 30 days.

Unfinished pieces are held for 30 days from your last session. If you'd like to return to continue your work, please do so within that window.
Finished pieces are held for 30 days from the date your piece is completed and ready for pickup.

Unable to make it in? We offer shipping for an additional fee — just contact us before your deadline to arrange it.

We understand life gets busy, so if we haven't heard from you as your deadline approaches, here's what to expect:

We will make two attempts to reach you by phone.
If we're unable to reach you by phone, we will follow up with an email.

Any pieces not claimed or continued within 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of. We are unable to guarantee the availability of your piece beyond this window and cannot offer compensation for items that have been disposed of.

If you know you'll need more time — whether to finish a piece or arrange pickup — please reach out to us before your deadline. We're happy to do our best to work something out in advance.
