Customer Experience Representative

 

Type: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)
Availability: Evening and weekend availability required

Wage Range: $15-17/hrs based on experience
Requirement: Must be 18+

Role Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to help our studio run smoothly and ensure our guests receive their finished pieces in a timely, professional manner. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every guest while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, answering questions and providing guidance throughout their visit

  • Coordinate reservations and manage bookings for individual and group sessions

  • Give instructions and support to each table during their pottery painting experience

  • Ring up sales and handle payments accurately

  • Glaze pieces and load/unload the kiln

  • Facilitate group bookings and parties

  • Call customers when their pieces are ready for pickup

  • Package finished pieces carefully for safe transport

  • Unpack new inventory, face products, and maintain studio displays

  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable working in a creative, hands-on environment

  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture

Experience & Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred

  • Must be 18+

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
