About the event

Take your clay skills to the next level in a guided, small-group series designed for potters with a foundational understanding of handbuilding. Over four weeks, you'll refine your techniques while exploring more advanced projects, new construction methods, and creative problem-solving — and enjoy expanded class times with 2.5 hour sessions. This series is designed to build on the skills you've already learned, helping you create more polished, intentional pieces alongside a supportive community of fellow makers.

This is hands-on, skill-focused, and intentionally small so you have the space to deepen your craft, experiment with new techniques, and continue growing your confidence with clay.

Why You’ll Love This Series

  • Build on your existing skills – expand your hand-building techniques with more advanced projects and construction methods.

  • Challenge your creativity – learn new ways to design, shape, and finish pieces while developing your own artistic style.

  • Create functional pieces you'll use – leave with beautiful handmade pottery that reflects your growing skills.

  • Learn alongside fellow makers – enjoy a supportive, small-group environment where everyone shares a passion for working with clay.
