Team Building Workshop

Step away from the day-to-day and reconnect as a team. The Team Building Workshop is a private, guided pottery experience designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and meaningful connection. Together, your group will design and glaze their own stoneware work mugs, functional pieces you’ll reach for every day at the office.

Each participant selects their preferred mug style and colour palette, then learns professional glazing techniques with a dedicated instructor guiding the group step by step. As you create side by side, you’ll notice how differently everyone approaches the same canvas—opening the door to conversation, perspective, and a kind of connection traditional team building rarely creates.

To round out the experience, snacks as well as alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase.

As a lasting keepsake, your team will also create a commemorative tile, signed by every participant, a tangible reminder of the shared experience and the people behind it.

Once complete, all mugs are fired and ready within approximately 7 days. Pickup or shipping is required to return your mugs (and tile) to the office, where they’ll serve as daily reminders of creativity and connection.
